32 Technologies is truly very honest and reliable service provider. I have been in Kolkata since March 2023 due to medical reasons and I needed a laptop on rent in May 2023. Upon searching online I found them and I contacted them with my requirement. And they replied very promptly and provided me with a laptop with very affordable monthly rent. Since May 2023 I have taken their service and I still am using their Laptop for past 6 months without any issues. Whenever I wanted to change the Laptop they promptly changed it and given me new laptop. So I personally would say they I am very much satisfied with their service, hence giving a 5 Star and I would definitely recommend them to people who look for this kind of service. I am very much pleased with the efforts Sandeep and his team puts to ensure the customer is happy and don’t face any issues at all while renting a laptop or servicing a laptop/desktop is exceptional. Rates are pretty reasonable but the thing that’s strikingly helpful is the willingness of the team to go above and beyond to help you when you are in dire need of service. During this tumultuous period, the ability to remain accessible and keep working consistently and continuously given remote working and work away from office infrastructure was an extreme pressure. Equipment requirements were tough to meet with. However a solution and the best one at that came with the discovery of customized services provided by vss and its relentless staff. As and when troubleshooting or equipment enhancement is required you people are just a phone call or msg away.
